Celeste Green
Client Relations / Managing Partner
Though she may or may not have a creative bone in her body, there’s no doubt that Celeste has an incredibly creative mind. Her ability to think, see and communicate creatively has been the cherry on top of many of Park East’s projects. She’s a wordsmith and grammar expert extraordinaire, a writer, poet (they are different), teacher, world traveler, a dreamer and muse.
Celeste graduated from Lubbock Christian University and attended grad school at Texas Tech University. Her Texas teaching career lasted four years before she met and married Managing Partner and Exec. Creative Director Noel Green. Since joining Park East in 2004 as Client Services Director, she has not only been appointed CFO, but has also overseen copy writing, internal corporate organization and media placement.
Noel Green

Had Noel been born a decade or two earlier, it’s certain he would’ve been part of Jim Henson’s entourage or had a hand in designing ground breaking effects and costumes for any number of George Lucas blockbusters. Noel is a perfect example of what it means to be truly creative. From the ideas filling his head before he even wakes up in the morning to the ones that keep him up at night, his brain never slows down and never stops. He’s always thinking of a different angle. Always looking for an edge. Always dreaming.
Noel’s formal training spanned MSU in Springfield, MO, the Kansas City Art Institute and Oklahoma Christian University. A constant focus on illustration and graphic design prepared Noel to harness his creative talents and put them to use for our clients.
Stephen Parks

Stephen has always had one foot planted firmly on solid ground. And the other dangling off the edge of a cliff. This curiously well-rounded personality is what permitted him to not only develop his creativity (rapidograph pen-in-hand) at the prestigious Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia, but also to enjoy cliff-diving during his enlistment in the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, KY.
Prior to joining Park East, Inc., Stephen accumulated years of art direction and design experience in the Greater New York City and Philadelphia markets. He gained invaluable experience at Zullo Group, Mancini Creative and The Star Group/The Media & Marketing Group, working on national and regional accounts including Las Vegas Hilton, Resorts East Chicago, Howard Johnson’s, J.D. Power and Associates, Symantec, Lidia’s Italy, Ferrero USA, Yoo-hoo, Valio USA and Finlandia Cheese.
